W Play has announced the 2023-2 Basketball finals schedule. The Titanes are on a quest for their eighth title in the Colombian Professional Basketball League. The Barranquilla-based team meets the Cafeteros de Armenia this Sunday at the Elias Chegwin Coliseum.
Barranquilla begins the battle in the final series against Cafeteros de Armenia this Sunday as the home team. The first two games will be held at the Elias Chegwin Coliseum. Then, the series will travel to Cali, where the next three games will be played, finally concluding in ‘Curramba’ with games 6 and 7 of the series.
The first game is scheduled for this Sunday, November 12th at 7:05 p.m. in Barranquilla.
The Titanes and Cafeteros have not faced each other this semester. The Titanes won the ‘Conference A’, winning all 10 of their games, while their final opponent finished at the top of ‘Conference B’ with a record of nine wins and one loss.
Tomás DÃaz’s team eliminated Cimarrones del Chocó (3-0) and the current champion, Caribbean Storm (3-0) in the playoff rounds, while Cafeteros overcame Búcaros (3-2) and Team Cali (3-0) on the same path.
Undoubtedly, they have been the two best teams in the championship, so we are in for an exciting final that will determine the new king of Colombian basketball.
