Last week on October 2nd, Shakira announced her concert dates for Colombia and Latin America.
Shakira confirmed her “Las mujeres ya no lloran” tour concerts in Colombia, set for February 2025 in Barranquilla, Bogotá, and Medellín.
With the announcement of her arrival early next year, the artist thrilled her fans. Her last Colombian tour was the “El Dorado” tour in Bogotá in 2018.
Undoubtedly, Shakira kept her fans in Colombia and across Latin America eagerly waiting when, on the morning of October 1, 2024, she released a teaser hinting at the “Las mujeres ya no lloran” World Tour. The teaser included a video showing her arrival at the recording studio to work with her producer, Luis Fernando Ochoa.
In the clip, she performed Antología, one of her biggest hits, which marked the beginning of her career. Although fans had speculated that she would perform in Barranquilla, Bogotá, and Medellín, Shakira officially confirmed these cities for her performances on October 2nd.
Colombia tour dates
Her confirmed Colombian tour dates are:
- Barranquilla: February 20, 2025
- Medellín: February 23, 2025
- Bogotá: February 26, 2025
The Barranquilla date was originally set for February 21st but it was moved to the 20th to avoid clashing with the popular pre-carnival event known as La Guacherna taking place on the 21st. Shakira will also visit Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Peru.
The ‘Las mujeres ya no lloran’ World Tour, inspired by her album ‘Las mujeres ya no lloran’, will kick off in Brazil on February 11th.
