Bello Horizonte sits at the northern edge of Barranquilla proper, where newer high-rise towers take advantage of sea views and sea breezes. It’s a newer development area that feels less established than El Prado or Zona Norte, but compensates with modern apartments and some of the best ocean views in the city.

The neighborhood is popular with younger professionals and buyers investing in new construction. The proximity to the sea and the newer building stock make it an interesting alternative to the established Zona Norte corridor.
